1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a creator account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use JR LearnHub to host, sell, or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that infringes third-party intellectual property. Detailed examples are in our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
3. Your content
You retain all ownership of the course content you upload. By uploading content, you grant JR LearnHub a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transcode, deliver and back up that content solely as required to operate the service on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not resell it.
4. Payments and fees
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Platform fees on course sales (where applicable to your tier) are deducted from the gross collected by Razorpay or Stripe before settlement to your bank account. Currency, exchange rate, and gateway fees are passed through transparently.
You are responsible for collecting and remitting any sales tax, GST, or VAT applicable to course sales in your jurisdiction. We provide GST-ready invoices and monthly tax reports to support this.
5. Refunds
Refunds for JR LearnHub platform fees follow our Refund Policy. Refunds for course purchases (between students and creators) are the responsibility of the creator and follow the refund policy published by that creator on their academy.
6. Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime, measured on a calendar-month basis. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure or third-party providers (payment gateways, CDN, etc.).
7. Intellectual property
The JR LearnHub software, design, brand, and documentation are owned by JR Nexus Solutions FZ-LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the platform itself.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JR LearnHub's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the platform fees paid by you to JR LearnHub in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your paid plan at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. On termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you a non-waivable right to a different forum.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
