Is the Free Launch plan really free forever?
Yes. It is a real plan, not a 14-day trial. You can run a small academy indefinitely with fair-usage limits — 2 courses, 50 students, 500 MB storage. You will never wake up to a forced upgrade.
Do you charge per student?
No. Every plan is priced on academy usage (courses, storage, features) — not on the number of learners. Your 51st student costs the same as your 5,000th.
What is the platform fee on Starter?
3% of course sales on Starter. Growth and Enterprise have 0% platform fee — you keep 100% of revenue (minus the payment-gateway fee charged directly by Stripe, Razorpay, or whichever processor you connect).
Can I use my own domain (e.g. academy.mybrand.com)?
Yes, from Growth onwards. Free and Starter run on your subdomain at your-academy.jrlearnhub.com — fully branded inside, but the URL is ours.
How are payments collected?
Stripe handles global (130+ currencies, international cards) and Razorpay covers India (UPI, debit/credit, EMI, wallets, netbanking). You can also connect Cashfree, Paddle, Mollie and other regional gateways from your dashboard. Every gateway settles directly into your bank account — we never hold your money.
Can I migrate from Graphy, Kajabi, Teachable or Thinkific?
Yes. White-glove migration is included on Growth and above. We move your courses, videos, students, progress and certificates — typically over a weekend with zero downtime for current students.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. If you cancel a paid plan, your academy downgrades to Free Launch — your content is preserved, not deleted.
Do you issue GST invoices?
Yes. GST-ready invoicing is built in for Indian creators. Your CA can export monthly tax reports directly from the dashboard.
