1. Free Launch tier
The Free Launch tier is free. There is nothing to refund.
2. Starter and Growth (monthly)
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of first purchase of a Starter or Growth monthly plan. After 7 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancel anytime from your dashboard — your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period and then downgrades to Free Launch.
3. Starter and Growth (yearly)
For yearly plans, we offer a 30-day refund window from the date of first purchase. Refunds requested after 30 days will be reviewed case-by-case; in most cases we will pro-rate the unused portion if the request is made within the first 90 days.
4. Add-ons
Add-on storage, extra video streaming bandwidth, and one-time professional services (migration help, course-builder setup) are non-refundable once delivered.
5. Enterprise contracts
Enterprise contracts are governed by the refund and termination clauses negotiated in your specific Master Services Agreement. Contact your account manager.
6. Course purchases by students
When a student buys a course on a JR LearnHub-hosted academy, the transaction is between that student and the creator. JR LearnHub is not party to that transaction and does not process refunds for course purchases. Each creator publishes their own refund policy on their academy.
7. How to request a refund
Email billing@jrlearnhub.com from the email address on the account, with the invoice number you are requesting a refund for. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate by replying directly to the billing team — your message will be reviewed by a senior team member within 5 business days.
