This policy lists categories of content and behaviour that are not permitted on JR LearnHub. The list is non-exhaustive — when in doubt, ask us at trust@jrlearnhub.com before publishing.

1. Prohibited content

  • Content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where you or your students are located.
  • Sexually explicit material, including pornographic instruction or content involving minors.
  • Content that incites violence, hatred or discrimination on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability.
  • Misinformation framed as professional medical, legal or financial advice without appropriate disclaimers or qualifications.
  • Courses promoting unverified financial schemes, ponzi structures, or guaranteed-return investment claims.
  • Material that infringes third-party intellectual property — including reselling courses you did not author.
  • Content that violates export control or sanctions laws.

2. Prohibited behaviour

  • Spamming students through the JR LearnHub email infrastructure.
  • Using the platform to phish, impersonate, or otherwise deceive students.
  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to circumvent platform security.
  • Sharing your account credentials with parties who are not authorised users of your academy.
  • Using JR LearnHub infrastructure to host content unrelated to a course or academy (e.g. a generic file host).
  • Excessive automated requests that degrade service for other customers.

3. Reporting

To report a violation of this policy by another academy, email trust@jrlearnhub.com with a link to the content or behaviour and a brief description. We respond to credible reports within 5 business days.

4. Enforcement

Confirmed violations result in one of: warning, content removal, temporary suspension, permanent suspension. Severity determines the action. For violations of law, we will cooperate with law-enforcement requests where a valid legal process is presented.

5. Appeals

If your account is actioned and you believe it was in error, reply to the enforcement email or write to trust@jrlearnhub.com. Appeals are reviewed by a senior team member who was not involved in the original decision.
