1. Prohibited content
- Content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where you or your students are located.
- Sexually explicit material, including pornographic instruction or content involving minors.
- Content that incites violence, hatred or discrimination on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability.
- Misinformation framed as professional medical, legal or financial advice without appropriate disclaimers or qualifications.
- Courses promoting unverified financial schemes, ponzi structures, or guaranteed-return investment claims.
- Material that infringes third-party intellectual property — including reselling courses you did not author.
- Content that violates export control or sanctions laws.
2. Prohibited behaviour
- Spamming students through the JR LearnHub email infrastructure.
- Using the platform to phish, impersonate, or otherwise deceive students.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to circumvent platform security.
- Sharing your account credentials with parties who are not authorised users of your academy.
- Using JR LearnHub infrastructure to host content unrelated to a course or academy (e.g. a generic file host).
- Excessive automated requests that degrade service for other customers.
3. Reporting
To report a violation of this policy by another academy, email trust@jrlearnhub.com with a link to the content or behaviour and a brief description. We respond to credible reports within 5 business days.
4. Enforcement
Confirmed violations result in one of: warning, content removal, temporary suspension, permanent suspension. Severity determines the action. For violations of law, we will cooperate with law-enforcement requests where a valid legal process is presented.
5. Appeals
If your account is actioned and you believe it was in error, reply to the enforcement email or write to trust@jrlearnhub.com. Appeals are reviewed by a senior team member who was not involved in the original decision.
